Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

This Policy sets out the ownership of the works offered on z3nastore.com, how they are protected, and how to report a suspected infringement.

1.Ownership

1.1Each Beat offered on z3nastore.com (the "Store") is produced by Otaigbe Peace Nehizena p/k/a Z3NA and any co-producer credited on it (together, the "Producer"). The Producer's rights in each Beat, including in its sound recording and underlying musical composition, are administered by Z3NA Beats Ltd.

1.2The names "Z3NA" and "Z3NA Beats", the Z3NA logo and the design of the Store are the property of Z3NA Beats Ltd or the Producer.

1.3No right in any Beat is granted except under a License Agreement. A License Agreement grants only the rights expressly stated in it, and ownership of the Beat remains with the Producer.

2.Content identification

2.1Licensees must not register a Beat, or any recording made with a Beat, with any content identification or audio fingerprinting service, such as YouTube Content ID, except as expressly permitted by an exclusive License Agreement.

3.Verification of licenses

3.1Every License Agreement carries a unique license number and verification code. Distributors, labels, platforms and members of the public may confirm the status of any license at z3nastore.com/verify. Only a license shown as valid confers rights.

4.Reporting unlicensed use of a Beat

4.1If you become aware of a recording, video or other content using a Beat without a valid License Agreement, please report it to support@z3nastore.com with a link to the content and any information you have about the person responsible. We may take any action available to us, including content identification claims, takedown notices to platforms and distributors, and legal proceedings.

5.Notices of alleged infringement

5.1We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any Beat or other content on the Store infringes your copyright or other rights, please send a written notice to support@z3nastore.com containing:

(a)your full name, address, telephone number and email address;

(b)a description of the copyright work or other right you claim has been infringed;

(c)the title of, and link to, the Beat or content on the Store that you claim is infringing, and a description of the material you claim was copied;

(d)a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law;

(e)a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act on the rights owner's behalf; and

(f)your physical or electronic signature.

5.2We will review each complete notice and may, pending review, withdraw the Beat or content from the Store. We will respond in writing with the outcome. Incomplete notices may delay review.

5.3Knowingly submitting a false or misleading notice may give rise to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.

6.Samples

6.1Some Beats contain samples of third-party material. Where a Beat contains a sample that has not been cleared, this is stated on the Beat's page before purchase and in its License Agreement, and the licensee is solely responsible for clearing the sample before any release or other exploitation.

7.Contact

7.1Notices under this Policy should be sent to Z3NA Beats Ltd, Nigeria, by email to support@z3nastore.com, with the subject line "Copyright notice".
