Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Sale. It explains when an order may be refunded, replaced or cancelled, and how to make a request.

1.General rule

1.1Beats are digital content supplied immediately on payment. As stated in every License Agreement, a License Agreement is deemed used once the Beat is downloaded or opened, and all purchases are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, save as set out in this Policy.

1.2A refund will not be given for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with a Beat after purchase, failure to use a Beat, purchase of the wrong license type, or failure to read the License Agreement, which is available at checkout before payment.

2.Duplicate charges

2.1Where you are charged more than once for the same order, only one License Agreement is issued, and any additional charge will be refunded in full.

3.Delivery failures and defective files

3.1Where you have not received your License Agreement or files, the files are corrupted or incomplete, or a different Beat or license type was delivered from the one you ordered, we will re-deliver the correct License Agreement and working files.

3.2Where we are unable to deliver the correct License Agreement or working files within seven (7) days of a valid report, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full, and the License Agreement will be void.

3.3Expired or used download links are not a defect. We will issue new links for any valid License Agreement on request.

4.Cancellation by us

4.1Where we cancel an order under our Terms of Sale, including because the Beat was withdrawn or exclusive rights in it were sold before your order was fulfilled, or because the price was displayed in error, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

5.Upgrades

5.1A non-exclusive License Agreement is not refundable, but it may be upgraded to a higher license type, where available, by paying only the difference in price.

6.Exclusive rights, custom work and services

6.1Exclusive License Agreements are final once issued.

6.2Custom production and other services are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.How to make a request

7.1Requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase by email to support@z3nastore.com, stating your license number or receipt number, the email address used for the order, and a description of the issue, with screenshots where relevant.

7.2We may request further information to verify the order and the issue.

8.How refunds are paid

8.1Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment provider. The time taken for the funds to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are made in the currency and amount originally charged. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or charges imposed by your bank.

9.Effect of a refund

9.1Where an order is refunded for any reason, the License Agreement ends on the date of the refund. You must immediately stop all use of the Beat and of any recording made with it, and the license will be shown as revoked on the verification page.

10.Chargebacks

10.1Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or card issuer. Where a payment is reversed, charged back or disputed, the License Agreement is void from its effective date, as provided in the License Agreement, and any use of the Beat constitutes copyright infringement. We may contest any chargeback with evidence of the order and its delivery.

11.Statutory rights

11.1Nothing in this Policy affects any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you live.
